Smart Phygital Keyboard Overlay

A thin (1 – 2 mm), translucent display overlay that communicates with PC. When placed on top of the lower display of a dual-screen laptop, the Smart Phygital Overlay automatically pulls up the corresponding on-screen keyboard underneath. The overlay’s physical raised layer with key cutouts intends to give subtle tactile feedback to users and provide better intuitive understanding of where to position your fingers on the display when typing.

Different overlays could pull up different OSK options (e.g., classic keyboard, quick controls, etc.). Simple tactile markers (braille or other) could be used to delineate different types of overlays, making it easier for BVI users to quickly tell which overlay is which.
